S3 Technologies Acquires Akron-Based New Territory, LLC

Enhances existing technology offerings with emerging tech to offer greater range of solutions to customers across Northeast Ohio

AKRON, OH; COLUMBUS, OH  – June 8, 2020 – S3 Technologies (“S3”), Northeast Ohio’s foremost technology specialist, today announced the acquisition of New Territory, LLC (“NT”), a leader in immersive technology experiences.  

S3 delivers complete technology solutions from concept through installation and support, with projects including security, audio-visual, and networking needs.  The acquisition of NT adds emerging technology to this broad suite of capabilities, with a powerful mix of virtual and/or augmented reality solutions that can help clients optimize processes and workflow, enhance presentations, and deliver impactful content.

Born and bred in Northeast Ohio a decade ago, S3 has been proud to serve its community through client work for educational and government centers, local and national businesses, senior living facilities, and a variety of commercial and industrial applications.  The acquisition of NT
